Returns and Cancellations

At Kynzo, it is our constant endeavor to provide our customers with the best products at the best prices. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 15 days from the date of delivery or pick up for a refund.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Returns Procedure

You can directly go and give the product to your nearby service centre after intermediating with our customer care, who will help you in providing address of the nearby service centre.

Alternatively, you can send the product back to your nearby service centre or to our return section using a courier of your choice.

In case you don't want to return by yourself, our designated courier partner will be contacted to enable the return shipment. If the reason of return is manufacturing defect, no charge will be initiated; else a shipping charge will be added, which will be deducted from initial payment.

When returning the products please place them in a secure, solid package and seal the box securely, so as to avoid any loss or damage during transit, and ship to the following address:

On successful receipt and processing of your return, an amount equal to the value of goods returned will be processed as early as possible. In case our designated courier partner has come to receive the product and the reason of return is other than manufacturing defect, shipping charges will be reduced from your initial payment.

A notification informing the same will be sent to your registered email address. If for some reason we are unable to accept the return, you will be informed accordingly. Once the products are received by us, we will process the refunds within 1-2 days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

Conditions for return

Products would be acceptable only if there is no physical damage, which include scratches, damage due to a fall and mishandling.

Fake/counterfeit products won't be accepted

Products should be returned with original price tags, labels and bar-code.

If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition.

Damaged products

In the unlikely event that any product you received from us is damaged:

Please do not accept delivery of the item if the outer packaging appears damaged or any way tampered with. If after you open the packaging, you discover that the item is damaged, please inform us before 72 hours, then you can return the product to us for a refund.

Order Cancellations

If after placing the order, you would like to cancel it, you can contact our customer care team at 040-6700 6700 for cancellation requests. If the cancellation request is received prior to the order being shipped, a complete refund will be made. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and the process outlined in the returns section will be applicable.

Note: Please be informed that the company reserves the right to alter, amend and modify these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. In case of conflict, the company reserves the authority for final decision.
